Ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of Accounting/Data Entry/HR Management
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Accounting/HR Specialist will support in daily operations in the following areas:
- Prepares loan payments based upon amortization schedules and pay installments on a timely basis
- Processes and pays vendor invoices to take advantage of cash discounts taken
- Invoices all clients and maintains regimented collection schedule
- Processes and enters all payroll data in the format required by the payroll company
- Processes and posts all credit card payments from clients
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Oversees PTO tracking.
- Oversees HR data entry duties.
- Prepares packets for legal cases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred. (Not required)
- 5+ years or more of related experience Preferred.
- Small business accounting experience preferred.
- Excellent self-management and self-starter skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Proficiency is Quickbooks required.
- MacOS experience is a plus.
- Data entry experience required.
This is a full time position and the starting pay will be between $23-25 per hour. After an introductory 60 day period, the candidate will be eligible to receive the below benefits.
