Ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of roofing, siding, and gutter experience. Carpentry experience is a big plus! Must have a valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic.
Must be able to bid and perform the following:
- Remove and replace damaged shingles
- Remove existing chimney flashing and fabricate new flashing and counter flashing
- Install step flashing and base flashing
- Repair vinyl siding panels, J-channel, vinyl soffit and corner posts
- Install seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts and gutter topper
You’re not a roof sales guy? No problem! Estimating roofing repairs is easy with our proprietary Straight Forward Pricing system. The repairs are pre-bid for you, just use the pricing guide supplied to you and provide an estimate to the customer on the spot. Our technicians close 60-70% of the repairs that they bid. We pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions every year. We will train you how to close roof repairs like a pro.
Starting pay is between $20-25/hour plus commission and other benefits included. Workmanship, dependability and professionalism will dictate pay. After the introductory 60-day probationary period, employees are eligible for group health insurance, dental and vision insurance. Aflac insurance is also available.
