- Commission Sales – on average making $80k – $120k annually

Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on all leads. 5-10+ leads weekly during peak season, 3-5 leads weekly during non-peak season.
- Generate leads through cold-calling and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.
- Respond to all phone and email messages from other team members and/or customers in a timely manner.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices.
- Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives.
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity and sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Previous roofing knowledge helpful, but not required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own vehicle and ladder – MUST HAVE
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
