Ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of roofing, siding, and gutter experience. Previous management experience is a big plus!
Under the direction of the Service Manager & Operations Manager, the Quality Control Inspector will support daily operations in the following manner:
- Drive by and do in-progress inspections of our repair and replacement crews on site.
- Complete all post job inspections for all repairs & replacement jobs.
- Maintain presence on site for training new crews.
- Field appointments with upset clients with complaints.
- Turn all paperwork into the system on a daily basis.
Qualifications Required:
- Knowledge of roofing and siding manufacturer’s specifications and industry best practices
- Possess ability to communicate effectively & maintain professionalism with upset clients
- Be able to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Basic computer knowledge
- Above all, the applicant must be dependable and have impeccable integrity
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Associates Degree or better in construction management or business management.
- Previous experience as an inspector or in quality control in some aspect.
- Previous management or foreman experience
This is a salary position and the hours are Monday through Friday from 7-4 with a 1 hour lunch. After an introductory 60 day period, the candidate will be eligible to receive the below benefits.
