Do I need to be home?
While you may prefer to be home when our team is fixing your roof, you don’t have to be there. The choice is yours.

It all depends on the size of your roof. A general rule of thumb is that a metal roof costs three times what an asphalt roof would cost. Metal roofs last far longer than asphalt roofs, which often makes them a better investment over the lifetime of the house. You may be able to get a tax credit for installing a metal roof, which would offset your out of pocket costs.
Will roof debris damage my property?
We take reasonable measures to protect your property and landscaping before we do the roof work, so no property damage occurs. We also clean up all debris upon roof work completion.
